Zekuio is an account-free AI creative application, and all core functions of the App can be normally used by all users without completing account registration, login authentication, identity binding or other related operations. There is no mandatory user information entry link in the whole process of using the App. Throughout the entire usage cycle of the App, we do not collect any form of user facial information, including but not limited to facial feature data, facial recognition data, facial contour information, and other facial biometric sensitive data. This policy covers all functional scenarios of the App, including photo style conversion, AI artwork generation, image-to-video creation, parameter setting, work preview, local work saving, content sharing and other core creative functions, as well as built-in compliance function pages. All user behaviors and data generation in the App are protected by the rules stipulated in this policy.
To ensure the normal operation of the App’s AI creative functions and optimize user usage experience, we only process the minimal necessary data generated by user active operations, and never actively collect any sensitive personal biometric data. The only data we process includes local image and video materials actively uploaded or captured by users through the App’s camera and album access function, custom English prompt content input by users for creative effect adjustment, and local work parameter data generated during content creation. We strictly do not collect, record or analyze any user facial information in any data processing link, and all facial biometric data of users will not be involved in any storage, calculation and matching process of the App. All processed data is only used for the real-time execution of user-initiated creative tasks, including style rendering of images, dynamic video generation, effect parameter adjustment and other core service functions, and will not be used for any other irrelevant purposes.
All user creative data and operation data processed by the App adopt a local priority storage mode. The creative works generated by users, custom prompt parameters and creative setting information are mainly stored in the user’s local mobile device, and no automatic synchronous upload to any remote server will be performed without the user’s active operation. The background task processing data generated during the running of creative tasks will be automatically cleared after the completion of user creative production and local work saving. During all data storage and retention processes, we do not obtain any user facial information, and there is no storage or backup behavior of user facial biometric data in local device cache and remote server space. The App will not retain any user operation data and creative data permanently. All temporary data generated during operation will be automatically cleaned up after the user exits the App or completes the corresponding creative task, and the user can independently delete local creative works and parameter records at any time through the App’s built-in work library function.
We adhere to the principle of zero unauthorized data sharing and disclosure. All user data processed by the App will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals in any form. The App will not actively push user creative data and operation records to third-party platforms, nor will it authorize any third party to access user-related data information. In all data transmission and interaction links, we do not involve the collection and disclosure of user facial information, and no third party can obtain any user facial biometric data through the App’s service interface, functional authorization or data interaction channels. The only exception to data disclosure is the mandatory requirements stipulated by applicable public rules and platform compliance specifications, and even in such cases, we will strictly verify the legitimacy of the requirements and ensure that no user facial information is involved in any disclosed content.
Users have full independent control rights over all personal usage data and creative content in the App. Users can independently select local album photos or camera shooting content for AI creation, freely edit, adjust and delete custom prompt parameters, and independently preview, save, share and reuse creative works in the App’s work library. Users can also clear the App’s local cache data and creative records at any time through the device system settings. The whole control process does not involve any collection and use of user facial information, and users do not need to authorize any facial data access permission to use all functional rights of the App. We will not arbitrarily obtain user data permissions, nor will we force users to authorize irrelevant device permissions. All permission applications of the App are only limited to album access and camera access required for creative creation, and no facial recognition, facial scanning and other related permission applications will be initiated.
The App supports background continuous processing of creative tasks. When users start image generation or image-to-video creation tasks, the tasks can run stably in the App background, and users can browse and operate other functional pages of the App during the task processing period. The background task processing only calculates and renders the user’s uploaded image materials and custom creative parameters, and all calculation processes are limited to the realization of creative effects. In the whole background task operation and data calculation process, we do not collect, monitor or analyze any user facial information, and the background program has no authority to identify, capture and store user facial biometric data. After the background task is completed, the generated works will be automatically stored in the local work library, and the temporary calculation data generated in the background will be automatically cleared to ensure that no redundant user data is retained.
The App is equipped with complete built-in compliance functions, including privacy policy and user agreement viewing confirmation entrance and in-app content reporting function, to standardize user usage behaviors and ensure the standardized operation of the platform content ecology. The content reporting function supports users to feedback inappropriate creative content and abnormal usage behaviors, and we will verify and handle the reported content in a timely manner based on platform rules. In the operation of all compliance functions, we do not collect any user facial information, and the user’s report operation and agreement confirmation operation will not trigger any facial data collection and recording behavior. The App always maintains zero collection of user facial biometric data, and all compliance supervision work is carried out around creative content and usage behaviors, without involving any user personal biometric information acquisition.
The App only applies for the most basic necessary device permissions to support the normal operation of creative functions, including local album access permission (for users to select photo materials) and camera shooting permission (for users to capture real-time photos for creation). All permissions are user-authorized on a voluntary basis, and users can refuse or cancel the authorization at any time. Refusal of irrelevant permissions will not affect the normal use of core creative functions of the App. We do not apply for any permissions related to facial recognition, facial scanning and biometric identification, and the App has no technical ability and functional module to collect and identify user facial information. All permission usage behaviors are open and transparent, and no hidden permission invocation and data collection behaviors exist. The App will not obtain any user sensitive biometric information including facial data through device permission loopholes.
We reserve the right to appropriately update and optimize this Privacy Policy according to the iteration of App functions and the adjustment of platform service rules. All updated contents will be displayed on the built-in policy page of the App in a timely manner, and the updated policy will take effect immediately after being displayed. The core principle of user privacy protection stipulated in this policy will remain unchanged all the time. After any policy update, we will still strictly adhere to the rule of not collecting, storing and processing any user facial information, and zero collection of user facial biometric data will always be the basic service specification of the App. We will continuously optimize the App’s data protection technology and functional experience, ensure that all user creative behaviors are carried out in a safe and private environment, and provide users with stable, convenient and safe AI creative services without privacy risks.
